During the conversation, Isha recalled a particularly challenging scene that required her to be slapped on camera. Rather than opting for a staged slap, Isha—committed to delivering an authentic performance—insisted on being slapped for real.
“I got slapped by Nagarjuna,” she shared, surprising many of her fans. “I was such a committed actor that I wanted to perform in a real, method way. At the time, I just wasn’t feeling the scene emotionally, so I told him, ‘Nag, really slap me.’ He was hesitant and said, ‘Are you sure? I can’t do that.’ But I insisted.”
