“how do we know it is not AI-generated, or whether rayudu was forced to record it under threat?” reddy questioned, highlighting th increasing use of AI-generated Videos in political misinformation campaigns.
In a visibly emotional statement during his visit to the Tirumala temple, Reddy swore his innocence:

Meanwhile, Vinutha Kota, who was granted conditional bail after being arrested in connection with the case, has also issued a video statement denying any role in Rayudu’s murder.
She accused her political rivals of fabricating evidence and manipulating narratives to frame her and her family.
” i have been targeted because of my growing political presence and my association with the jana sena party,”she said. ” this entire case has been twisted to suit political motives.”
Vinutha further claimed that she and her husband were being used as scapegoats in a much larger battle between rival parties in Andhra Pradesh.
