Ultraviolette X47 unveils Crossover electric motorcycle at ₹2.49 lakh, equipped with radar and camera technology to boost rider safety.
Bengaluru-based Ultraviolette has officially launched its new electric adventure motorcycle, the Ultraviolette X47 Crossover. Priced at an introductory ₹2.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the X-47 is the world’s first production motorcycle to feature integrated radar and camera technology, setting a new benchmark for rider safety in India and worldwide. This special price is available only for the first 1,000 customers.

A Trailblazing Electric Adventure Bike
The Ultraviolette X-47 is built for adaptability, delivering smooth performance in urban traffic as well as on rugged terrains. Featuring 200 mm of ground clearance, upright ergonomics, and an aviation-inspired design. It offers the perfect balance of comfort and control for both daily rides and extended adventures.
Ultraviolette X47 Power and Performance
The Ultraviolette X47 electric adventure bike packs a 10.3 kWh battery, producing 40 hp (30 kW) and 610 Nm of torque at the rear wheel. It sprints from 0–60 km/h in just 2.7 seconds, hits a top speed of 145 km/h, and offers an IDC range of 323 km. Riders can choose between Glide, Combat, and Ballistic modes to match different road conditions.
For adventure enthusiasts, these specs are particularly enticing, especially with Royal Enfield reportedly developing an electric version of the Himalayan. However, a detailed comparison isn’t possible yet, as Royal Enfield has not released official details about the Himalayan Electric.

The X-47 comes equipped with Ultraviolette’s UV HyperSense radar intelligence. Offering blind-spot monitoring, lane change assist, rear collision warnings, and overtake alerts—making it India’s first motorcycle with Advanced Rider. Assistance Systems (ARAS). Additional safety and tech features include 10th-gen Bosch dual-channel ABS, 3-level traction control, radial all-terrain tyres, and an integrated dashcam system for enhanced security.

The Ultraviolette X-47 features the world’s most power-dense air-cooled onboard charger, compatible with Type 2 AC and DC fast charging. Its new Parallel Boost Charging technology doubles the output, significantly cutting down charging times.

Booking and Availability
The Ultraviolette X-47 is now open for bookings on the official Ultraviolette website at ₹999. Deliveries in India will start from October 2025, while international deliveries are planned for 2026.
