One month after the Air India Plane,Air India 171, the deadliest plane crash in the world, the Air India Plane Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) has submitted its preliminary report. According to the report, just a few seconds after takeoff, the fuel control switches of both the engines of the Air India Plane , Engine One and Engine Two, went from run to cut off.

Due to this, both engines stopped and the speed of the Air India Plane started decreasing. After a few seconds, the pilots put the fuel switch back on run. An attempt was made to restart the engine. Engine One started recovery but Engine Two could not recover completely and in the meantime, the plane lost altitude rapidly and collided with the BJ Medical College Hostel near Ahmedabad. A total of 260 people died in this tragic incident. Only one passenger survived.

As soon as the airplane takes off, its fuel switches are turned off and there is a sudden transition in it and it goes from run i.e. the state in which oil flow occurs to cut off i.e. the state in which it is turned off. It went from on to off.

Due to which the Air India Plane was not getting thrust and instead of continuously accelerating, the plane started de-accelerating. That is, instead of taking off, the Boeing Dream Liner Air India 171 aircraft started falling down and only after this the pilot asks his pilot why did you turn off the fuel switches? To which the pilot replies that I did not do so. This was the entire life of AI71 of 94 seconds.

That is, from check off to runway, to check off, to transition of fuel switches and then trying to re-ignite it, then a mayday call from the pilot and then the plane which was the hostel of the hospital where this accident happened, before hitting it, first it hits the trees in that area. Then it hits the chimney of the army establishment there and finally hits the roof of the BJ Medical College,and 260 to 270 people died.
